Therapeutic Massage

Bowen is a neuromuscular based massage therapy technique which increases proprioception (the brain's awareness of the body) which promotes balance and well being throughout the body. Through gentle manipulations of soft tissue and the nervous system, Bowen helps with muscle tension, acute/chronic pain, inflammation, postural imbalances, anxiety, and more! This process is done over the clothing. Bowen is suitable for everyone no matter the age or physical ability. This is combined with massage therapy techniques for the best results.

Massage Therapy w/ Bowen Technique

RAPID Neuro-Fascial Reset is an effective, soft tissue, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous system’s role in alleviating tension and restrictions in the body. RAPID is preformed over clothing, by actively resisting the participant’s movement in the affected area. The resistance forces the nervous system/ brain to reset from the current compensating pattern back to the original default way of operating.

Treatment includes stretching, small movements and exercises around the affected areas, and trigger point therapy.

Great for chronic aches and pains, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee problems, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunctions, whiplash, and more.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to the appointment.

RAPID NFR

This modality allows for a unique approach to the fascia and body fluids. Cupping technique has an ability to affect deeper tissues, remove fascial restrictions, releases trapped toxins within the body and increase range of motion. Specifically, cupping helps in the treatment of fascial restriction, scars, joints, and trigger points.
Cupping will be accompanied with therapeutic massage techniques for best results.

Cupping Therapy

Massage techniques focused on treating jaw pain or dysfunctions. Can help with those who have headaches/migraines, chronic neck pain, sinus issues, and more.

TMJ (Jaw) Massage

Guasha (or scraping) is a traditional Chinese medicine technique. It is a process that uses tools (often made from smoothed metals or stones) to 'scrape' the muscles. Guasha helps decrease fascial restrictions, tight muscles, and pesky 'knots' or trigger points as well as increase circulation and promotes the flow of the lymphatic system.
