RAPID Neuro-Fascial Reset is an effective, soft tissue, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous system’s role in alleviating tension and restrictions in the body. RAPID is preformed over clothing, by actively resisting the participant’s movement in the affected area. The resistance forces the nervous system/ brain to reset from the current compensating pattern back to the original default way of operating. 

Treatment includes stretching, small movements and exercises around the affected areas, and trigger point therapy. 

Great for chronic aches and pains, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee problems, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunctions, whiplash, and more.
